We have extensive housing experience. Projects have included estate master-planning, luxury housing, eco-housing, city living apartments, starter homes, care homes, retirement apartments, loft conversions, barn conversions etc.
The practice provided design and constructional drawings for an 45 bed dementia care home in Wallsend in conjunction with CoachHouse 8. This unique building provides 6 self contained apartments for family members to live in close proximity to those being cared for.
The practice were engaged to provide designs for the conversion of a barn into 2 luxury houses within the existing structural envelope. The modernist design maximises south facing views with double volume open plan spaces at ground floor level and a mezzanine floor containing bedroom and en-suite accommodation. The scheme has been submitted for planning approval.
